Like many Americans I believe that character is very important and that's why I think you should all know George W. Bush doesn't tip. I was a beer vendor for the Texas Rangers and served him many times when he was part owner of that team. On none of those occasions did he tip me. Not even the fifty cents left over from the fourteen dollar fifty cent order, having each of his millionaire friends pass two quarters all the way down the row rather than tipping one of his own employees. Tipping is important. Character is important. George W. Bush does not tip.
